Salary: $200,000–$300,000 per year, depending on experience, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and lead inventory and materials operations across the company.
• Manage equipment receiving, tracking, storage, stock levels, and material flow into laboratories.
• Develop systems that streamline hardware operations and support quantum computer development.
• Work with engineering, procurement, facilities, and scientific teams to anticipate material needs.
• Prevent operational bottlenecks and improve processes as the company scales.
