Principal GTM Manager - Real-Time & PRD (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, Boston, Chicago, Norwalk, CT, or London

Salary: $145,000–$185,000 annually for positions in NYC and Connecticut; the range may vary by location and country.

What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for real-time and Pricing & Reference Data offerings.
• Translate product roadmaps into commercialization plans, launch strategies, and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales, Pricing & Packaging, and Customer Success.
• Create messaging, sales plays, training, client-facing materials, and support strategic client discussions.
• Synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, market trends, and commercial performance data.
• Monitor adoption, pipeline, and commercialization metrics while recommending actions to address risks and execution gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, business operations, consulting, product management, or related commercial roles.
• Experience in financial services, financial technology, data, analytics, AI, or B2B enterprise technology.
• Knowledge of real-time and Pricing & Reference Data offerings, financial markets, or investment workflows.
• Strong program management, project management, communication, market analysis, and executive presentation skills.
• For U.S. positions, legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting product launches, commercialization initiatives, or strategic growth programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, or AI-driven products.
