Senior Human Resources Manager

What you will do

• Partner with business and site leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Provide HR consulting on employee relations, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and policy application.
• Support talent acquisition, employee engagement, culture-building, and HR programs delivered by Centers of Excellence.
• Facilitate organizational development, change management, and organizational design initiatives.
• Lead HR projects from planning through execution, including risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, mitigation, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and help mitigate organizational risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist or HR business partner role.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment and collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, and change management.
• Strong communication, consulting, influencing, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work at the Whitewater, Wisconsin, USA location.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA/MA in Human Resources.
• SPHR certification.
• Workday experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and corporate client groups or working in M&A and divestiture environments.
• Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
