Translation Associate (EN-SK, SK-EN)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid arrangement with 60% of the week spent collaborating at office locations or local sites and the remainder remotely.

What you will do

• Translate documents and communications related to retail operations between English and Slovak.
• Deliver translations for the Product, Business Support, People, and Communications teams.
• Handle ad hoc translation requests from other internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Native Slovak and English at minimum C1 level.
• Relevant university studies, preferably in Translation.
• Basic knowledge of translation principles; previous professional translation experience is not required.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and learn continuously.
• Microsoft Office user skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Czech and/or Hungarian.
• Experience with CAT tools, preferably Trados.
