PPV Coordinator (Semiconductor Procurement): Analyzing customer BOMs, RFQs, component availability, lifecycle status, and pricing trends to identify and coordinate cost-saving opportunities across semiconductor and electronic component supply chains with an accent on sourcing feasibility, market intelligence, and customer-specific quoting strategies. Focus on prioritizing high-value opportunities, monitoring supply risks and market disruptions, preparing profitable quotations, and improving sourcing processes with Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.

Location: EMEA; hybrid or remote depending on location

What you will do

  • Analyze customer BOMs, RFQs, and component lists to identify sourcing feasibility, availability, lifecycle, pricing, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prioritize opportunities based on savings potential, sourcing probability, customer strategy, and market conditions.
  • Monitor semiconductor allocation risks, lead times, excess inventory, supply-demand dynamics, shortages, and potential supply interruptions.
  • Prepare customer quotations and maintain automated quote strategy files in coordination with Sales.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Buyers, Procurement, Supply Chain leadership, and the PPV team to resolve sourcing challenges and implement quoting strategies.
  • Track sourcing outcomes, participate in business reviews, and recommend process improvements, best practices, and SOPs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
  • At least 5 years of progressive procurement and supply chain experience, including leadership responsibility in a global environment.
  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong BOM analysis and electronic component identification capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of pricing strategies, purchasing behavior, profitability drivers, quality management systems, procurement SOPs, and corporate governance.
