Site Reliability Engineer II (IAM)

What you will do

• Manage IAM operations, including access provisioning, deprovisioning, permissions updates, auditing, and identity-related escalations.
• Resolve IAM tickets in Jira, GitLab, and ServiceNow while meeting SLA requirements.
• Write and maintain Python, Bash, Selenium, and PowerShell automation for access management, compliance reporting, and repetitive workflows.
• Design, configure, troubleshoot, and improve IAM automation pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Support Okta and Entra ID migrations and consolidate duplicative IAM systems during mergers and acquisitions.
• Deploy monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk and participate in an on-call rotation for IAM incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or 4+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Experience supporting users and applications in FedRAMP-authorized environments and managing in-boundary IAM workflows.
• Knowledge of Okta or Entra ID, NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP, FISMA reporting, and DISA STIGs.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell and experience designing automation pipelines.
• Experience with AWS and GCP IAM, including service accounts, custom roles, and tailored security policies.
• Strong technical writing, troubleshooting, escalation management, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• CIAM, ITIL, AWS DevOps Engineer, or Google Professional DevOps Engineer certifications.
• Experience with Kubernetes or Docker.
• Experience with identity-provider migrations and IAM consolidation during M&A.
