TL;DR
AI Strategy Manager (GenAI/LLMs): Defining AI strategies for enterprise clients and turning high-value use cases into production projects with an accent on client advisory, portfolio ownership, and commercial delivery. Focus on leading multidisciplinary teams, shaping proposals, managing project risks, and evaluating GenAI solutions including LLMs, RAG, agents, governance, and delivery progress.
Location: Athens, Greece; hybrid working model with work from three Athens offices.

What you will do
- Define AI strategies with clients, identify valuable use cases, and guide their transition from pilots to production.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on AI adoption.
- Identify opportunities, develop proposals, and lead the commercial side of bids with sales and architecture teams.
- Own project delivery, including scope, planning, staffing, quality, risks, escalations, and client satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and develop engineers across multiple projects while maintaining team utilisation.
- Run workshops, discovery sessions, and steering meetings, and report portfolio pipeline, revenue, margin, utilisation, and delivery status.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, systems integration, or technology delivery, including at least 4 years in a client-facing management role.
- Track record of growing client accounts, winning new work, and leading proposals.
- Experience leading teams of 5 or more people across several concurrent projects and presenting to or negotiating with senior executives.
- Knowledge of at least one of Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Energy & Utilities.
- Fluency in Greek and English, plus working knowledge of GenAI delivery, including LLMs, RAG, agents, evaluation, and governance.

- Engineering background before moving into management.
- Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, or the EU AI Act in a client context.
