What you will do

• Develop, deploy, and support new features for hirify.global Drive.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product owners, designers, and QA teams.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Implement unit and integration tests to ensure reliability.
• Break down large initiatives into smaller milestones for rapid feedback and iteration.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React or similar frameworks.
• Experience with software engineering best practices including SOLID, design patterns, and CI/CD.
• Product mindset focused on delivering excellent user experiences.
• Experience working in distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Understanding of client-side security issues and mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with UX, accessibility, internationalization, and localization.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana.
• Experience with Node.js and cryptography concepts.
