Vendor Manager (m/f/d) - Private Brands

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships and strategic collaboration with 30–40 manufacturing partners and primary suppliers.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, service-level agreements, and delivery parameters.
• Identify and onboard suppliers in existing portfolios and international markets, including China and Türkiye.
• Maintain accurate supplier master data in AWS/PBA systems and ensure compliant packaging data.
• Resolve delivery discrepancies, claims, and certificate expirations with Vendor Operations teams.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in supplier relationship management, sourcing, procurement, or B2B vendor management.
• Demonstrated ability to independently negotiate commercial terms, reduce costs, and optimize supplier conditions.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel or Google Sheets for price analysis, performance tracking, and data updates.
• Professional written and spoken English at B2+ level or higher.
• Higher education in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong operational autonomy and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Russian or Mandarin Chinese.
