What you will do
- Monitor and triage security alerts involving phishing, malware, endpoint, identity, and network threats.
- Perform initial alert investigations and enrich findings using security tools and established playbooks.
- Escalate incidents to higher tiers according to defined procedures.
- Document investigations clearly and accurately in ticketing systems.
- Support incident response and guided containment activities in collaboration with senior analysts and specialized teams.
Requirements
- Availability for a 24/7 hybrid shift model with 12-hour shifts, a 2-2-3 rotation, monthly day and night shift changes, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including phishing, malware, and network threats.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across multiple teams.
- Ability to follow established processes and work in a structured environment.
- Experience in a large, global, and complex enterprise environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with endpoint, identity, email, cloud, or network security.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM/SOAR, EDR, IPS, WAF, email security, cloud security, or threat intelligence platforms.
- Operational experience collaborating with IT and cybersecurity teams in a SOC, NOC, incident response, or security engineering environment.
