What you will do/Что делать

• Provide a minimum of 5 tele-therapy sessions per week with flexibility to add more hours
• Deliver therapy via HIPAA compliant video conferencing
• Complete and lock clinical notes in EMR within 48 hours
• Maintain licensure records and availability calendar
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including coaches and psychiatrists
• Be open to obtaining licensure in other states as needed

Requirements/Требования

• Must be licensed and reside in California
• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LICSW, or LPCC in good standing without supervision
• 3+ years of clinical psychotherapy experience
• Competence in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness
• Comfortable and confident with technology and EMR systems
• Commitment to culturally responsive care
