Focus on leading and coaching the tax team, improving operational processes, and responding to complex jurisdictional tax matters.

Location: Luxembourg; flexible hybrid working

What you will do

  • Review corporate tax returns, tax provisions, tax assessments, subscription tax returns, and withholding tax returns.
  • Review tax correspondence and respond to jurisdictional tax queries.
  • Act as a key contact for external tax advisors and tax authorities.
  • Maintain records and follow up on filing deadlines for client companies.
  • Coordinate work between clients and other service providers and support new tax service opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and support the training needs of the tax team.

Requirements

  • Experience with corporate tax compliance and jurisdictional tax matters.
  • Experience reviewing tax returns, tax provisions, assessments, and related correspondence.
  • Ability to coordinate with clients, external advisors, service providers, and tax authorities.
  • Experience leading, coaching, or supporting the development of a tax team.
  • Ability to work in or regularly attend the Luxembourg location under a hybrid arrangement.
