Creative Producer

Creative Producer: Produces branded photo, video and digital content campaigns for clients, aligning with brand aesthetics and objectives. Focus on managing budgets, schedules, and fostering cross-departmental relationships to elevate content creation capabilities.
Location: Based in Berlin with flexible hybrid working policy and 5-week remote international working benefit. Access to visa support for employees relocating to Germany if needed.

What you will do
- Produce branded content and white label campaigns (photo, video & digital) for clients.
- Foster productive relationships across departments to support the development of innovative creative and strong client relationships.
- Provide cost breakdowns and timelines, as well as ensuring feasibility of projects during pre-sales.
- Support the Head of Production in identifying opportunities to create efficiencies and new ways of working.
- Track budgets and schedules across multiple campaigns pre-sale and post-sale.
Requirements
- 3+ years of photo and video production with a proven track record of high-quality storytelling.
- An in-depth understanding of both technical and creative processes.
- A problem solver with a can-do attitude who can work in a fast paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills - a highly motivated and approachable team player.
- A thorough understanding and appreciation of 's core audience, topics, and content (streetwear, fashion, music, art, social and political issues).
- Ability to work flexible hours.
