Investor Service Associate (Fintech)

Location: Riga, Latvia; hybrid work with office collaboration, work-from-home flexibility, and up to three months per year working from another country.

Salary: €1,410–€1,800 per month

What you will do

• Handle incoming investor requests through email and other channels, including complex and escalated cases.
• Support investors throughout onboarding, account setup, platform usage, transactions, and offboarding.
• Explain platform functionality, investment products, payments, and account settings clearly and accurately.
• Investigate cases independently and in cooperation with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams.
• Document client interactions and follow internal processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Identify recurring issues, suggest process improvements, and support operational activities.

Requirements

• Customer service experience, from entry-level exposure to handling complex or regulated client cases.
• Strong ownership and responsibility, with the ability to manage client cases independently through resolution.
• Excellent written English communication skills required.
• High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset beyond standard templates.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes.
• Interest in fintech, investing, or customer experience.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills in Czech, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, or Portuguese.
• Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues.
