Data Center Security Manager

Location: On-site in Batam, Indonesia; the posting also references APAC and Singapore.

What you will do

• Manage daily physical security operations at the Batam data center and maintain site security standards.
• Manage the Securitas security contract, supervise security officers, and review service performance.
• Oversee reception security, visitor registration, identity verification, escorts, and visitor records.
• Coordinate customer, contractor, VIP, and government-delegation access in line with approved procedures.
• Maintain CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and perimeter security; coordinate corrective actions for defects.
• Coordinate on-site incident response, investigations, emergency-service liaison, incident reporting, and security audits.

Requirements

• On-site presence in Batam, Indonesia is required.
• Experience managing contract security teams.
• Experience working in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of physical security systems and experience managing visitors and customer security requirements.
• Ability to support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits and maintain site security documentation.

• Experience supervising reception operations.
• Genetec experience.
• Security auditing experience.
• ISO 27001 or SOC 2 knowledge.
• Experience supporting government or hyperscale customer environments.
