Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Remote in the European Region; hybrid workplace with optional offices and relocation support.

What you will do

• Design intuitive and efficient user experiences for back-office products and internal tools.
• Translate business and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with internal users.
• Simplify complex workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and designers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to the design system, review implemented solutions, and manage multiple design initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, including at least 2 years in fintech, payments, banking, or complex B2B SaaS.
• Portfolio with real case studies covering problems, constraints, decisions, and post-release outcomes.
• Experience designing dense interfaces with tables, filters, loading and error states, empty screens, and permissions.
• Advanced Figma skills, including variables, components, auto layout, and clean handoff.
• Fintech literacy covering KYC/AML, compliance, security, and reporting.
• English at B2 level or above and autonomy in a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience with back-office systems, internal tools, complex B2B products, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech products.
• Understanding of crypto workflows, terminology, and user needs.
• Experience with data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, tables, complex workflows, and design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
