What you will do

• Support the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of digitalization and automation solutions.
• Build applications and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Develop Python scripts and basic automation tools for engineering and project management processes.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for project performance, KPIs, costs, and schedules.
• Analyze business processes and document opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Apply knowledge of EPC project lifecycles to identify digitalization opportunities and collaborate in a project-based environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior work experience is not required.
• Basic exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Fundamental knowledge of Python programming and scripting.
• Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and data-driven problem-solving.
• Good analytical, communication, documentation, learning, and collaboration skills.
