What you will do

• Establish strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality, timely onboarding post-sale
• Migrate and maintain client data using hirify.global’s onboarding tools
• Coordinate inputs from clients and their law firms
• Train clients on using hirify.global software and develop training content
• Continuously improve onboarding efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to enhance customer experience

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil with hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote)
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRMs, preferably Salesforce
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple onboardings
• Familiarity or willingness to learn Private Equity and Capitalization concepts
• Excellent interpersonal skills with empathy and professionalism
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to change

• Knowledge of finance and accounting
