TL;DR
Business Intelligence Analyst (Tableau/SQL): Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions for an online casino business with an accent on KPI accuracy, dimensional modelling, and user-friendly reporting. Focus on investigating data discrepancies, identifying trends and anomalies, and automating recurring reporting processes.
Location: Hybrid in Zagreb, Croatia; Swieqi, Malta; or Skopje, North Macedonia

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and self-service reporting solutions.
- Develop SQL queries, reporting views, calculations, and supporting reporting logic.
- Validate reporting accuracy and implement KPI logic correctly.
- Apply dimensional modelling and data warehousing best practices to analytics solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses, investigate discrepancies, and identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers while supporting end users and documenting reporting solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, data science, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of the iGaming industry, including operational processes, metrics, and KPIs.
- Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, subqueries, and reporting logic development.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports in Tableau, with an understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modelling, ETL concepts, and reporting-oriented data structures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
