Location: Malmö, Sweden; hybrid with 25% remote work flexibility

hirify.global develops SaaS solutions for aviation professionals and operates a shared finance service center across six offices in five countries.

What you will do

  • Manage general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, balance sheets, and daily financial operations.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial data.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Assist with audits, budgeting, and tax preparation.
  • Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders and support continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles under Swedish GAAP.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, accountability, curiosity, and integrity.
  • Professional written and spoken English is required because English is the corporate language.
  • Full-time temporary employment in Malmö; immediate start by agreement.

Nice to have

  • Experience working or studying in an international environment.
  • International accounting experience, especially US GAAP.
  • Experience in SaaS or aviation.
  • Experience with Fortnox and QuickBooks.
