Salary: $130,000-$230,000

What you will do

• Accelerate deployments by building high-impact integrations and prototypes for strategic enterprise clients.
• Unblock revenue by translating ambiguous needs into working software.
• Bridge product and GTM teams to shape deployments and inform the roadmap.
• Own technical execution end-to-end: scope, build, debug, deploy, and iterate.
• Act as the technical face of hirify.global in key accounts—building trust through speed, empathy, and impact.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of software engineering experience, ideally with product ownership or startup experience.
• Builder mindset with a bias toward MVPs and fast iterations.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to execute without a spec.
• Customer-centric with the ability to speak both business and code.
• Owner mindset to solve problems even when they “aren’t yours.”
• Must be based out of NY or SF, while traveling to client locations 25-50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Former founders or early-stage engineers who’ve worn multiple hats.
• Experience building customer-facing features or integrations end-to-end.
• Experience as Forward Deployed Engineers, Solutions engineers, GTM engineers, or those with experience in consultative technical roles.
• Experience with LLMs, APIs, system integrations, or complex enterprise deployments.
