Expert Illustrator (Gaming)

Location: Warsaw, Poland. Office-first work requires at least 10 days per month in Warsaw; remote-first work is available from a location within +/-3 hours of Warsaw. Relocation support to Poland is available.

Estimated salary: 18,900–26,000 PLN gross monthly, with potential eligibility for a long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Create high-quality illustrations for external collaborations and marketing purposes.
• Develop original ideas and compositions for illustrations.
• Collaborate with the Illustration Team Lead and other artists to maintain a cohesive visual style.
• Maintain the production pipeline and consistently meet assigned deadlines.
• Follow artistic guidelines across different projects and established genres.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a similar illustration role.
• Excellent illustration and storytelling skills, including perspective, color, lighting, mood, and composition.
• Strong realistic and semi-realistic illustration skills supported by an appropriate portfolio.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and a solid foundation in traditional art, including figure drawing, industrial design, and landscape painting.
• Ability to switch efficiently between styles and projects while working within an established genre.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand technical requirements for digital and printed media.

Nice to have

• Art college degree.
• Experience using 3D software in an art pipeline.
• Experience in the gaming industry.
• Familiarity with CD Projekt RED franchises and visual style.
• Passion for gaming.
