About the Role

You will lead proactive sourcing and headhunting for specialized, senior-level, and hard-to-fill roles. You will map talent markets, research candidates, write personalized outreach, and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, track sourcing metrics in the ATS, and use market intelligence to improve search strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, executive search, talent sourcing, or headhunting
• Experience sourcing passive candidates for difficult-to-fill roles
• Ability to identify and engage talent through LinkedIn and creative sourcing channels
• Understanding of Boolean search, X-ray search, talent mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques
• Research skills
• Written and verbal communication skills for candidate outreach and engagement
• Ability to understand technical or specialized roles and translate hiring requirements into sourcing strategies
• Ability to work with hiring managers and challenging candidate profiles
• Understanding of sourcing and funnel metrics

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing and headhunting for niche, specialized, and senior-level roles
• Build targeted talent maps across companies, industries, technologies, and geographies
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, communities, and other sourcing channels
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
• Research candidates' skills, experience, career trajectory, and potential fit
• Write personalized outreach messages
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and search strategies
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor hiring, compensation trends, and talent pools
• Track sourcing activity, conversion rates, pipeline health, and recruiting metrics
• Maintain candidate and sourcing information in the ATS
• Experiment with sourcing tools, platforms, communities, and techniques
• Build long-term relationships with high-quality candidates
