What you will do

• Develop and lead the reliability and observability strategy aligned with business goals.
• Define and monitor reliability targets (SLOs) and key performance indicators.
• Own and improve incident management and disaster recovery processes.
• Collaborate with platform and product teams to build reliability tooling and monitoring solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering and product teams.
• Drive cross-departmental collaboration to embed reliability in the company culture.

Requirements

• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• Significant experience (around 8 years) in software engineering with scalable distributed systems.
• Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering concepts including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Expertise in platform engineering, DevOps, and monitoring distributed systems.
• Experience in incident management and organizational change.
• Ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance problem-solving and productivity.
