Location: College Station, Texas, United States; full-time, on-site staff position.
Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annually ($5,833.34 monthly minimum).

What you will do
- Provide principal administrative and executive support to the Senior Associate Dean and Associate Dean for Research and Scholarship.
- Manage executive calendars, prioritize meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate with faculty, researchers, students, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting materials, track action items and deadlines, interpret university policies, and resolve complex administrative issues.
- Coordinate travel, expense reports, high-level meetings, seminars, awards, faculty engagements, catering, itineraries, and technology setup.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, records retention, purchasing through AggieBuy, and event center requests and calendars.
- Supervise Dean’s Office student workers, assist visitors, support newsletter information collection, and provide office services as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least four years of office administration experience.
- Ability to manage confidential information, prioritize competing objectives, exercise discretion, and work independently.
- Strong planning, organization, interpersonal, communication, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications.
- Proficiency with Texas A&M systems, including payment card management and travel systems.
Nice to have
- Executive-level administrative support experience in higher education, academic, nonprofit, government, or similarly complex environments.
- Experience managing complex calendars, meetings, events, travel, expense reports, Emburse, AggieBuy, or comparable enterprise systems.
