TL;DR
UX Designer (Product Design): Designing accessible, data-driven digital experiences across mobile applications, responsive web, eCommerce, enterprise platforms, and digital services with an accent on end-to-end product design, user research, and scalable design systems. Focus on leading complex product initiatives, validating solutions through usability testing and experimentation, and mentoring designers across multiple squads.

What you will do
- Own the complete product design lifecycle from discovery through delivery for mobile applications, responsive web, eCommerce, enterprise platforms, and digital services.
- Translate business objectives and customer needs into user flows, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Plan and conduct UX research, usability testing, experimentation, and A/B testing using customer feedback, behavioral analytics, and business KPIs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Analysts, and business stakeholders on product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery.
- Support implementation through design QA, resolve design issues during development, and ensure products match approved specifications.
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers, facilitate workshops, present design rationale, and promote accessibility and design best practices across squads.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Digital Product Design.
- Proven experience designing complex web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, responsive design, mobile design, accessibility, design thinking, service design, and prototyping.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, FigJam, prototyping tools, and Jira.
- Experience delivering digital products from discovery through launch, working in Agile squads, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers, and contributing to design systems.
- Experience using analytics to improve product performance and presenting work to senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools, analytics platforms, Maze or UserTesting, and Adobe Creative Suite.
