Junior Web Project Manager (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Help organize and track activities across web projects.
• Maintain Jira tickets, boards, priorities, and statuses.
• Track action items and follow up with task owners.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and distribute follow-up actions.
• Support communication between the Digital team and other departments.
• Organize planning sessions, workshops, team activities, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in project coordination, team support, administration, or a similar role.
• Advanced experience with Jira.
• Clear and confident written and spoken English is required.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and a proactive approach.
• Comfort using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar software and working with different teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar collaboration tools.
• Experience working with artists, designers, programmers, or other creative teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban practices.
