Medical Science Liaison Oncology (Medical Affairs/Oncology): Building strategic scientific partnerships with oncology Key Opinion Leaders and supporting the medical strategy for Johnson & Johnson's Oncology portfolio with an accent on clinical evidence, medical education, and stakeholder engagement. Focus on interpreting scientific data, developing regional engagement strategies, analyzing the competitive landscape, and delivering scientific support for market access and clinical inquiries.

Location: Prague, Czechia; 100% field-based coverage, mostly in the eastern part of the Czech Republic

Base pay: Kč1.043.000,00–Kč1.679.000,00 annually

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals, scientific experts, and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Conduct face-to-face scientific meetings, educational sessions, conferences, and advisory boards.
  • Execute regional medical engagement strategies for the Oncology portfolio and support pre-launch and launch initiatives.
  • Provide scientific support and training to internal and external stakeholders, including responses to clinical inquiries.
  • Gather expert insights, market intelligence, and competitive landscape information for cross-functional teams and Market Access activities.
  • Represent Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine externally while ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

  • University degree in a healthcare-related discipline; MD or PharmD preferred.
  • Prior industry experience in lung, prostate, or bladder cancer is highly preferred; candidates with less than two years of experience may be considered.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
  • Valid driver's license required for field-based work.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate scientific and clinical data and use research and analytical tools.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, critical-thinking, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Postgraduate degree.
  • Clinical experience and familiarity with analytics dashboards.
  • Experience in medical affairs, medical communications, competitive analysis, or market access.
