Head of Operations (Legal AI)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid with strong office presence at the Milan HQ. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Milan.

Salary: €65,000–€85,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Map, document, and optimize end-to-end workflows across Revenue, People, Legal, and Finance Operations.
• Own the operations roadmap and establish prioritization frameworks aligned with company strategy.
• Architect and manage the GTM and company tooling stack, including HubSpot, Clay, Aircall, and Aimfox.
• Lead the implementation of internal AI tools, orchestration agents, and automated workflows across non-technical teams.
• Manage, mentor, and grow operational specialists and leads while establishing effective execution and escalation practices.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Operations, RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Engineering within high-growth B2B SaaS startups or scale-ups.
• Previous formal experience managing, mentoring, or leading an operations team.
• Hands-on experience administering or architecting CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive, along with GTM automation tools.
• Experience designing, implementing, or sponsoring automated workflows and AI agents in production operations.
• Strong process-mapping, bottleneck-identification, analytical, and data-backed decision-making skills.
• Fluent English and the ability to work comfortably in an Italian-speaking core team environment.
