Influencer Manager (Spanish-speaking)

Location: Remote in Argentina or Mexico; occasional travel within Latin America may be required.

What you will do

• Source, assess, and build long-term relationships with creators, influencer agencies, and talent managers across Latin America.
• Manage influencer collaborations end to end, including outreach, negotiations, briefs, approvals, delivery, and reporting.
• Build a pipeline of high-quality creators, primarily profiles with 300k+ followers.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights on what to scale, optimize, or stop.
• Support local special projects, offline events, and creator activations across Latin America.
• Represent hirify.global externally with creators, agencies, and partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or an influencer marketing agency.
• Established network of influencer agencies, talent managers, and creators in Mexico and/or Argentina.
• Experience managing campaigns from initial contact through performance reporting.
• Understanding of brand-awareness and influencer campaign performance metrics.
• Native-level Spanish and English at B2+ level required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of fintech, trading, investing, or adjacent financial products.
• Based in Mexico or Argentina and ready for occasional travel within Latin America.
• Comfort representing the company publicly, including on its website and at external events.
