Delivery Solutions Architect (Data & AI)

Location: Sweden, Denmark, or Finland; hybrid or remote

What you will do

• Act as the Databricks Architect and post-sales technical lead for strategic customer accounts and priority use cases.
• Design secure, scalable data and AI architectures and guide projects from development through go-live.
• Lead technical account strategies, onboarding plans, stakeholder alignment, and customer enablement.
• Resolve technical blockers, conduct architecture reviews, and support performance and cost optimization.
• Coordinate Shared Services, User Education, Technical Services, Support, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Track customer health, product adoption, use-case progression, risks, blockers, and KPI updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering projects in Data, Analytics, or AI.
• Programming experience with PySpark, Python, and Databricks or a similar data platform.
• Hands-on understanding of solution architecture for distributed data and analytics systems.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles.
• Experience with technical program coordination, account and stakeholder management, and complex escalations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience; willingness to travel up to 30%.

• Track record of exceeding quota, goals, or similar performance targets.
