Software Solution Program Manager (Consumer Notebooks) (PC software and hardware integration): Coordinating the development and delivery of innovative software-enabled experiences for consumer notebooks with an accent on cross-functional execution, product lifecycle planning, and ecosystem collaboration. Focus on managing technically complex features, resolving program risks, and aligning hardware, software, system, platform, and partner teams through product launch.
Location: Must perform the job in Taipei, Taiwan, and be authorized to work in Taiwan.

What you will do
- Evaluate emerging PC technologies, industry trends, and software-enabled user experiences for consumer notebooks.
- Coordinate complex feature development from concept exploration through product launch.
- Guide cross-functional teams across hardware, software, systems, platforms, and partner organizations.
- Build and maintain program schedules, resource plans, risk plans, and key milestones.
- Track progress, identify challenges, facilitate issue resolution, and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate with suppliers, technology partners, and engineering teams to support quality, schedule, and product readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, product development, or system engineering.
- Experience owning cross-functional product development programs from planning through execution.
- Understanding of PC architecture, notebook platforms, hardware-software integration, or consumer computing technologies.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.
- Authorization to work in Taiwan and the ability to perform the job in Taipei are required.
Nice to have
- Experience in notebook, PC, consumer electronics, or related technology industries.
- PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience collaborating with OEM, ODM, IHV, ISV, or ecosystem partners.
- Experience with technology trend analysis, feature planning, and new product introduction processes.
