What you will do

• Monitor department employees, assign tasks, and coordinate outsourced accounting teams.
• Organize and manage company cash flows, consolidate cash flow budgets, and address budget deficits.
• Control credit obligation schedules and work with banks on new loans and current financing.
• Review financial and accounting reports for compliance with banking covenants and support annual audits.
• Prepare internal, financial, and management reports and analyze planned, forecast, and actual business indicators.
• Improve finance department efficiency by automating and optimizing business processes.

Requirements

• Higher economic education in accounting and auditing, business economics, or finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a medium or large business.
• Deep knowledge of accounting and tax accounting.
• Advanced skills in 1C8 USP, MS Excel, and pivot tables.
• Competent oral and written Russian and English are required.
• Understanding of foreign economic activity, analytical thinking, and the ability to process and organize large volumes of information.
