System Analyst (Compass Payment)

Salary: EUR 1,500–2,500 gross per month

International technology services organization developing and maintaining high-load digital infrastructure platforms across multiple regions.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business, functional, and non-functional requirements for payment processes.
• Develop integration specifications describing interactions between the Compass Payment platform and internal or external systems.
• Maintain REST API specifications and define JSON request and response structures.
• Document payment transaction statuses, state transitions, successful and failed processing scenarios, idempotency, and transaction reprocessing.
• Model processes and system interactions using UML and BPMN, and analyze integration incidents using SQL.
• Prepare development requirements and acceptance criteria, collaborate with architects, developers, and QA engineers, and participate in acceptance testing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with payment systems and a strong understanding of payment transaction lifecycles, statuses, and state transitions.
• Experience documenting business and system requirements and preparing integration specifications.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, SQL, UML, and BPMN.
• Understanding of idempotency, synchronous and asynchronous integration scenarios, and requirements decomposition for development and testing.
• Intermediate English or higher and direct hands-on experience with Compass Payment are required.
