What you will do

• Architect and implement modular, scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design efficient database schemas and optimize queries for RDS and NoSQL databases.
• Integrate messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven architectures.
• Implement caching strategies using Redis or Memcached for low-latency systems.
• Contribute to distributed system design ensuring high throughput and concurrency.
• Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive unit and integration tests.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years backend development experience in a product-based company, preferably SaaS.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Proficiency with Redis or Memcached for performance tuning.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• English proficiency at least B2 level is required.

• Experience in high-growth startups.
• Exposure to AI/ML integrated solutions or collaboration with data science teams.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation, monitoring, and observability tools.
