Intern, Employer Branding (m/f/d)

Location: Cologne, Germany; the role includes in-person employer-branding events, onboarding activities, and event inventory management. Work from home may be arranged where office presence is not required, including up to 20 days per year anywhere in the EU.

What you will do

• Support employer-branding projects and daily activities.
• Create and edit video, image, and written content.
• Help plan and organize internal and external employer-branding events.
• Support onboarding activities and create a welcoming experience for new employees.
• Manage employer-branding materials and event inventory.
• Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns and collaborate with international, cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Creative, curious, hands-on, reliable, and structured, with an interest in employer branding and storytelling.
• Fluent English and German required.
• Interest in working with people and collaborating across teams and cultures.
• Eagerness to gain practical experience in an international environment.
