What you will do
- Define, prioritize, and own the roadmap for the internal AI Platform.
- Identify AI opportunities across client experience, fraud detection, operational efficiency, and internal scalability.
- Drive strategic AI use cases from ideation and compliance review through coordinated implementation and launch.
- Lead AI compliance, regulatory adherence, ethical usage, data protection, and governance practices.
- Coordinate the launch and post-launch monitoring of client-facing AI features across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Compliance.
- Lead agile product development for a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Software Engineers.
Requirements
- Proven Product Manager experience with backend services, APIs, or AI-powered products.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt design, agent architectures, evaluation approaches, and AI service development.
- Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML teams; a technical degree is advantageous.
- Experience with AI regulatory requirements, compliance, data governance, and collaboration with DPO or Legal teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and product ownership skills.
- Excellent English communication skills are required; German is a plus.
