FCP Onboarding Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; four days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new business customers, from initial contact through approval.
• Apply KYC and AML expertise to assess and mitigate customer risk while maintaining efficient processing.
• Handle complex cases independently using the custom-built case management system.
• Collaborate with Financial Crime Prevention teams to ensure processes meet regulatory requirements.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to workflow improvements, automation initiatives, and team performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in KYC, AML, or business customer onboarding, preferably in a regulated financial institution or fintech.
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Structured, detail-oriented working style with strong risk awareness.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues.
