Computer Vision Engineer (Autonomous Driving): Building and improving computer vision and 3D perception systems for real-world driver assistance with an accent on detection, segmentation, scalable data generation, and production-grade in-car inference. Location: Herzliya, Israel; hybrid working with in-person collaboration in the Herzliya office

What you will do
- Train, debug, evaluate, and improve computer vision and 3D perception models.
- Work across the full machine learning lifecycle, including data preparation, training, evaluation, and iteration.
- Develop perception capabilities for lanes, objects, traffic signs, and traffic lights, including detection, classification, and instance segmentation.
- Build scalable data pipelines for auto-labelling, pseudo-labelling, dataset generation, and the perception data flywheel.
- Develop online perception for fast in-car production inference and offline perception using lidar, future frames, maps, and additional compute.
- Collaborate on prioritizing improvements based on system performance gaps and real-world driving results.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping computer-vision-focused deep learning systems in applied machine learning engineering.
- Experience with 3D perception concepts or pipelines such as lidar, multi-view geometry, tracking, or 3D reconstruction.
- Ability to own work end-to-end, including evaluation and large-scale dataset generation.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills under real product constraints.
- Interest in improving real-world driving performance through better perception.
Nice to have
- Automotive or autonomous-driving domain experience.
- Background in autonomy and willingness to learn beyond the listed requirements.
