Mid Software Engineer (React)

Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand; flexible hybrid work is available after probation.

What you will do

• Develop a React-based framework for delivering white-label websites.
• Estimate, implement, test, and document assigned features across supported devices and browsers.
• Review code, promote clean coding standards, and provide feedback to more junior colleagues.
• Identify refactoring opportunities and improve scalability, stability, and performance.
• Handle incidents according to defined SLAs and project processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, the Product Owner, and the Project Manager through knowledge sharing and daily meetings.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in a similar software engineering role.
• Proficiency in Vanilla JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience building fast-performing interfaces with React and Redux.
• Experience with REST web services and web APIs, plus knowledge of OOP and data access or management.
• Experience across the software development lifecycle, with an understanding of technical architecture.
• Good written and spoken English; ability to work in Kanban, prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Understanding of CI/CD deployment procedures and workflows.
• Experience with performance profiling tools and performance improvement techniques.
