Application Security Engineer

What you will do

• Review application designs with architecture and development teams to identify security risks and implementation blockers.
• Lead threat modeling sessions with development, QA, and business teams.
• Review code and binary scan results and help developers remediate vulnerabilities during development.
• Assess and manage vulnerabilities using CVSS, define remediation actions, and track progress.
• Support PCI-DSS compliance by collecting audit evidence with development, QA, and platform teams.
• Work with QA to ensure security coverage across functional and non-functional testing.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in software development with .NET, application security, or infrastructure security with AWS or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of secure development practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in the Warsaw location.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global LSS or hirify.global Robotics.
