What you will do

• Build, operate, and improve cloud infrastructure (AWS) to meet customer requirements
• Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for infrastructure health
• Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Terraform, Scalr, and CI/CD tools
• Collaborate with solution architects and customer success teams on feature rollouts
• Harden infrastructure security including network, storage, and user access
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to customer-reported issues promptly

Requirements

• Must be located in the US or able to work remotely within the country
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java programming and troubleshooting
• Experience with AWS core services and infrastructure automation tools
• Hands-on knowledge of networking, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (bash/powershell)
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems and big-data tools like Snowflake, Airflow, Spark
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows and productivity

Nice to have

• AWS Cloud Infrastructure certification
• Backend development experience building APIs and microservices
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as HIPAA or GDPR
• Experience managing AI agentic workflows
