What you will do

  • Perform day-to-day on-wafer testing for application and R&D requests.
  • Operate on-wafer tools and maintain tool uptime.
  • Support WEC and lithography applications for filtration and purification products.
  • Develop and apply advanced on-wafer testing methods.
  • Combine organic, metal, and particle results to evaluate overall product performance.
  • Deliver accurate, repeatable, and reproducible results to global R&D and applications teams.

Requirements

  • BS or MS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
  • More than one year of experience as an equipment engineer, process engineer, FSE, FAE, or R&D engineer.
  • Willingness to learn 300mm wafer wet and lithography processes and hardware is required.
  • Ability to carry and move heavy objects, including pails up to 24 kg or 200 L drums, using appropriate PPE and handling equipment.
  • Experience handling hazardous chemicals such as HF, H2SO4, or TMAH is preferred.
  • Ability to work rotating day and evening shifts, 09:00–18:00 or 15:00–24:00, is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Laboratory or fabrication environment experience.
  • Fab equipment or process engineering experience.
  • Experience with lithography track, wet clean, defect inspection, or review tools.
  • Experience with various 300mm wafer process tools and metrology techniques.
  • Proficient English conversation skills and curiosity for exploring unfamiliar challenges.
