Coordinator, Streaming (Front-end)

Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil, with on-site work required four times per week.

hirify.global is a global media and entertainment company producing and distributing film, television, news, and streaming content, including the Universal+ streaming service.

What you will do

• Maintain and sunset playlists and screens across Universal+ web, iOS, Android, Samsung, LG, Roku, Android TV, and partner platforms.
• Develop playlist and page strategies that improve browsing experiences and encourage content discovery and binge viewing.
• Coordinate with media operations, programming, marketing, affiliate, and aggregator teams to support uninterrupted VOD premieres and communicate content priorities.
• Use subscriber, consumption, performance, and market insights to recommend screen and playlist updates.
• Coordinate asset readiness with marketing and design teams while following brand guidelines.
• Perform QA/QC, report CMS and product issues, and recommend improvements to metadata, imagery, functionality, and user experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in media, entertainment, and/or advertising.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in media communications or a related field.
• Editorial experience, including structural or content editing, stylistic editing, and formatting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs and strong attention to detail.
• Must be willing to work on site four times per week in São Paulo, Brazil.

• Experience with content management systems.
• Knowledge of film and television content.
• Experience working with Latin American markets, including their practices, regulations, and trends.
• Strong organizational, time-management, initiative, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
