Location: Hybrid role based on-site at the office in Jakarta, Indonesia

What you will do
- Develop autonomous AI agents that plan, reason, and execute Finance and Procurement workflows across O2C, R2R, and P2P.
- Integrate agents with Oracle Fusion Cloud, external APIs, and databases for production ERP processes.
- Improve model and agent performance through prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation architectures.
- Build evaluation and testing frameworks to measure agent reliability, accuracy, and safety.
- Implement guardrails and human oversight for automated finance workflows.
- Set technical direction, establish engineering standards, and guide peers on agentic AI and ERP integration patterns.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years designing and building scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience with large language models, Python, and API design.
- Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
- Backend experience with databases, microservices, and system architecture.
- Experience breaking down complex business processes into steps that AI systems can implement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
