What you will do

• Lead and manage the Reporting & Portfolio Analytics function independently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for OJK-related reports such as Silaras/APOLO, SLIK, and lender portfolio reporting.
• Oversee end-to-end reporting processes including data validation, analysis, and presentation to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and review portfolio quality and risk metrics of cash loan products, including consumptive and productive loans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially in portfolio reconciliation processes.
• Redistribute tasks within the team to ensure knowledge transfer and workflow continuity.

Requirements

• Must have strong background in reporting and analytics, preferably in lending industry (P2P, Multifinance, Bank).
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Maxcompute, BigQuery, or similar.
• SQL test required as part of the selection process.
• Experience with regulatory reporting including Silaras/APOLO, SLIK, and lender portfolio reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta.
