What you will do
- Book airline space after receiving and confirming complete shipment details.
- Verify export documentation and prepare Air Waybills accurately.
- Conduct cargo screening and support loading, unloading, handling, and storage operations.
- Assist with import airfreight clearance at the Wailekutu Bond.
- Coordinate cargo transfers from Suva to Nadi and ensure shipments reach the night truck within required timelines.
- Provide customer quotations and support wider operational activities across departments.
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in airfreight exports or freight forwarding is preferred.
- Knowledge of Known and Unknown Cargo requirements.
- Valid Group 2 manual driving licence; Group 9 licence is an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisation, communication, teamwork, safety, compliance, and customer-service skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Nice to have
- CAAF Cargo Screener and/or Quality Control licence.
- Group 9 driving licence.
