Senior Product Manager – Lending iOS (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Lagos, Nigeria

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the iOS lending experience.
• Own the end-to-end customer journey from loan discovery and eligibility through credit assessment, disbursement, repayment, and repeat borrowing.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Growth, Data Science, Risk, Credit, QA, and Operations to deliver scalable lending products.
• Analyze customer behavior, product funnels, KPIs, and lending performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to improve activation, conversion, retention, repayment, and repeat-loan adoption.
• Lead product development and launches, monitor results, and ensure compliance with quality and risk requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of Product Manager experience, including strong experience in lending, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and digital lending, including applications, credit assessment, disbursement, repayment, and repeat borrowing.
• Experience building and launching mobile products, preferably iOS or customer-facing financial applications.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, product analytics, funnel, KPI, and experimentation skills.
• Leadership and communication skills, including experience managing and motivating high-performing product teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Nigerian and African fintech markets and local customer behavior.
• Experience with platform products and close collaboration with mobile engineering teams.
• Experience with iOS product development, Swift, or Apple ecosystem products.
• Master’s degree.
