What you will do

• Create and animate ads, tutorials, product videos, and brand moments from brief to final asset.
• Build AI-native production workflows using Weave, Krea, Midjourney, and other emerging tools.
• Direct freelance motion artists by briefing, reviewing, and maintaining creative quality.
• Partner with marketing, product, and engineering to connect motion work to business goals and metrics.
• Define processes, tooling, and workflows for an efficient, scalable motion practice.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on motion graphics and creative direction experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating script-to-screen work across live-action and 3D.
• Ability to work across scripting, storyboarding, frame design, and animation.
• Strong art direction, creative judgment, taste, and execution skills.
• Ability to use AI to automate routine production work and support high-craft creative output.
• Ability to connect audience insights with compelling strategic storytelling.
