Sr Procurement Operations Analyst

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States. Hybrid work model with in-office attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; remote placement will not be considered. Local Mountain Time hours are required, with flexibility across time zones when necessary. Travel to hirify.global offices or other locations may be required. Relocation is offered based on the actual job level.

Salary: $66,000–$75,000 annual base salary, plus potential equity awards and annual bonus.

What you will do

• Build and maintain procurement reports, dashboards, and KPIs covering spend, savings, vendor performance, risk, cycle times, and policy compliance.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, workflow gaps, efficiency opportunities, and control improvements.
• Apply AI-enabled tools and automation to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and accelerate procurement processes.
• Test, document, and monitor integrations across procurement, finance, contract management, and vendor management systems.
• Map and improve workflows across intake, approvals, purchasing, vendor onboarding, and procure-to-pay activities.
• Partner with Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, Information Security, and business teams on reporting, system issues, requirements, testing, and adoption.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, procurement operations, business analytics, systems operations, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience building reports, analyzing operational data, and translating findings into recommendations.
• Working knowledge of procurement workflows, purchasing controls, vendor management, and procure-to-pay processes.
• Experience with workflow automation, system implementations, or integrations across business platforms.
• Practical experience using AI tools, including evaluating their limitations and verifying outputs when working with sensitive data or operational processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, LinkSquares, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, workflow platforms, or robotic process automation.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or another regulated environment.
• Exposure to procurement data governance, third-party risk, contract lifecycle management, or eSourcing systems.
